Anthology Debuts “Lunch Rocks” May 29th with Local Farm Fresh Menu

San Diego, Ca. (May 29, 2012) – San Diego’s hottest supper club is now open for lunch. Anthology, known for its premiere dining and live music, debuts Chef Todd Allison’s new lunch menu on May 29 with Lunch Rocks! Anthology’s striking décor and unique dish options create the perfect upbeat atmosphere to turn up the volume on any afternoon. Anthology is able to cater to groups of all sizes. You can stage the perfect private event in the Taylor Room, enjoy large group settings indoor and outdoor, or simply enjoy some one on one time. Reservations are recommended.

Staying true to the Anthology roots, Executive Chef Todd Allison has created an entirely new menu which features a variety of farm to table dishes including top hits like the Lighter Fare featuring Sake Steamed Black Mussels and Seabass Crudo; salads like Charred Scallion Hummus and Baby Green Salad; sandwiches like the Anthology Signature Black Angus Burger, Grilled Local Albacore, the Rosemary Lemon Roasted Chicken Panini; an assortment of flat breads; and delectable entrees like House Made Fettuccine and Pan Roasted Loch Duart Salmon.

“Every item on the menu is created with local farm fresh ingredients,” said Chef Allison. “Whether you are coming in to have a serious meal or want to grab a light bite, you are going to enjoy the rich flavors. We might even send you home with a treat.”
